Commonwealth Soccer Programs is offering an overnight soccer camp experience July 25-30, 2010 in Tappahannock, VA.  The camp is open to boys and girls ages 11-18 years old.  Dynamo Soccer Club has arranged a $60 discount (for residential camp only) for it’s members attending the 2010 CSP Residential Camp at St. Margaret’s School.  This is a unique camp experience that has proven over the past 2 years to help players take their game to the next level.  The camp boasts former college, professional players, and USSF licensed Coaches.

Dynamo Soccer Club (DSC) is a non-profit organization that has a working relationship with Commonwealth Soccer Programs (CSP). CSP is one of the top providers of camps and programs for soccer players in the state of Virginia. DSC has contracted out CSP to provide soccer camps for Spring Break, Summer, and Winter Holiday.

Here are the camp programs:
Soccer Tots: (Ages 4-6 from 9-12pm) The activities for this camp will be geared toward constant and fun activities involving a soccer ball. Instruction will be focused on individual ball control, peer relations, and following rules. This is a half day program.

Players Camp:  (Ages 7-14 from 9-3:30pm) This camp is designed for recreational players who want to increase their skill and knowledge of the game. Activities for these players will be fun and more instructional in content. Curriculum for this camp includes but is not limited to Individual Ball Control, Passing, Shooting, Principles of Possession, and Defending. Players at this camp will be grouped by their age and ability. This program is a full day program.

Fast Footwork/Moves Camp:  (Ages 8-14 from 10-12pm) This program is high impact quality oriented program.  It is designed for high level recreation or travel players that want to take soccer to the next level.  Players are taught moves to take on opponents and fast footwork.  Players will leave more comfortable with the ball and quicker with their feet.

Goalkeepers/Finishing School: (Ages 7-14 from 9-12pm) This is specialized instruction that takes field players in to the art of striking the ball and scoring goals.  Goalkeepers will receive high quality special instruction on the mind of a forward and what they are thinking.  Fields players will be pitted against goalkeepers to improve skills on both sides of the ball.
