Shawn Martin	General Manager	Contact Shawn
	Licenses - USSF A License, NSCAA National Diploma, NSCAA Youth Certificate, CPR/First Aid Certified Shawn Martin currently acts as General Manager for Dynamo Soccer Club. Shawn has held positions with Midlothian Youth Soccer League, the Richmond Kickers, and with Williamsburg Soccer Club as a Travel Coach, a Trainer, and a Technical Director. He has also served as a Director and senior staff member for Soccer Academy, Inc. and on State and Regional ODP. While with the Richmond Strikers he was awarded as the Girls Coach of the Year. As a High School Coach, he was also awarded the Dominion District and Regional Coach of the Year with his girls teams. Shawn is the former Director of Girls’ Soccer with Williamsburg Soccer Club. In addition to those duties, he served as the Women’s Asst. Soccer Coach with CNU taking on goalkeepers as well. Previous to that, he was the NC Wesleyan College Men’s Asst. Coach. While playing at NC Wesleyan College, Shawn earned his B.S. in Physical Education.

Steve currently acts as Director of Coaching for Dynamo Soccer Club.

Formerly, the Director of Coaching and Director of Camps and Academies for the Richmond Kickers, Steve came from Eastern FC youth soccer club. During his time at Eastern FC, he founded the Colonial Cup soccer tournament and served dual roles as the Technical Director and General Manager.

Before Eastern FC, Steve worked with the Richmond Strikers, where as a Striker coach he was successful in coaching a boys team to two straight VYSA State Championships, as well as a Region 1 semi-finals.

Steve played soccer collegiately in Syracuse, NY and in Delaware. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Patrick Hughes	Advanced Training Program Director	Contact Patrick
	Licenses- USSF C License, USSF E License, USSF Nat’l Youth License, Certified Referee Assignor, First Aid Certified Patrick Hughes currently acts as ATP Director and a Travel Coach for Dynamo Soccer Club Patrick has previous club management experience with Piedmont Youth Soccer League in Martinsville, VA where he helped manage the PYSL Recreation Program. In addition to management responsibilities, Patrick also coached for PYSL’s ATP program. While playing at Averett University, Patrick was a three year starter and senior captain while earning a B.S. in Sports Management.

Christine Schwartz	Director of Recreation	Contact Christine
	Christine Schwartz currently acts as the Director of Recreation for Dynamo Soccer Club. Christine worked previously with Dynamo Soccer Club and Commonwealth Soccer Programs as an intern in the summer of 2011. During her time as an intern, Christine worked on marketing and tournament management, while impressing with her work ethic, drive and personality. Christine was hired to work permanently for Dynamo in the Fall of 2011. Christine attended the University of Richmond where she graduated with a Communication Studies degree.
