Dynamo Soccer Club was established in December of 2006 to provide a cost effective soccer experience to the residents of Mechanicsville and Hanover County.  Dynamo Soccer Club is managed and run by the professional soccer club management service of Commonwealth Soccer Programs. 

 

The first spring season of Dynamo Soccer Club saw the creation of it’s recreational program which began with 320 players registered participating in U6, U8, U10 and U12 age groups.  Since then, the club has more than doubled in the number of its’ membership and has grown to include Select Travel Teams, Advanced Training Programs, U-4 Dynamite Division, Girls’ Recreational Divisions in U10 through U18, and a full spectrum of age groups in our Coed Recreational Programs spanning U5 through U18.

 

Dynamo Soccer Club has also shared thier ideals of offering lower cost options to play soccer to other clubs in the Richmond and surrounding areas by putting together youth soccer tournaments that offer competitive play at more than reasonable prices.  In the first year of hosting the Virginia Soccer Festival, which is a recreational youth soccer tournament, Dynamo Soccer Club enjoyed having over 60 teams participate and visit Mechanicsville and Hanover County.

 

Dynamo Soccer Club games and practices are scheduled around the Mechanicsville/Hanover area at local parks and schools, however, the majority of practices and games are held at Pole Green Park and Pole Green Elementary School.  Dynamo Soccer Club continues it’s growth and commitment to Mechanicsville and the Hanover County residents and looks forward to future involvement with the community.
