The Advanced Development Program (ADP) is designed for the rising U7 and U8 players looking for a more advanced training program. Each week, players will have two training days, Mondays and Fridays and a Saturday match. Training sessions are led by licensed travel coaches and emphasize a technical base program. The goal of ADP is to incorporate technical skills to develop each child’s fast footwork skills. For the upcoming season, the goal is to develop a better playing understanding. For match days, we will play 4v4 to challenge the kids and increase their time on the ball. A typical match day will consist of playing intrasquad scrimmages, matches against Dynamo rec teams (an age up) and clubs from around the area. Some matches with other clubs may require minimal travel in the Richmond metro area. Practices are held Monday / Friday with matches being played on Saturdays.
