Dynamo Soccer Club offers training programs and camps during the Winter and Summer seasons. These sessions are provided for both recreation and travel level players.

Grass Roots Technical Training: Players skill level ranging from beginner to intermediate. Learn the most important technical and tactical skills translating to small and large sided games. (Recreation skill level)

Elite Technical Training: Players skill level is advanced, enrolled in the Academy program, or enrolled in Travel. Learn the most important technical and tactical skills translating to small and large sided games.

Goalkeeping, Shooting and Finishing: Group goalkeeper training. Develop shooting and finishing techniques and the ability to score more goals. The curriculum covers all aspects of shooting from the driven (power) shot, to bending the ball, to one touch finishing, lobbing, volleying, finesse and 1v1.

Ball Mastery: Improve players ball control ability. Ball mastery and control is an essential ingredient for the skilled player.

Strength Training: Improve athletic performance with a Physical Therapy designed program where your trainer will maximize movement and reduce risk for injury. All training is sport specific and will involve skills directly related to the individual's sport. These programs will enhance athletic ability through interval, plyometric, drill, and strength training, as well as flexibility and functional recovery.

 

 

A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to all camp refunds.
